"Dissatisfied."

Staff were ok.

I had to change rooms because of cockroaches. The first room was really grim. I also had cockroaches in the second room and had to ask them to fumigate it. It was pretty noisy but luckily I have ear plugs so I managed to sleep. But my fellow Travellers had a lot of difficulty with dogs barking at all hours.

"I would try to avoid if you need a good sleep"

Location is very good. very close to everything in Panajachel.

noise, we got room on the second floor. we asked if this room is quite, but it was not. you can hear TV from the bar in the lobby, all conversations. in addition to that, around 5am they started a repair work in the lobby.
