Residence Royale Hôtel

Staff was great ! very accommodating, free breakfast was phenomenal, food was good, rooms were clean and changed everyday, open air dining area and lounge was very guest friendly, attractive artwork and paintings highlighted the rich haitian culture, romantic and private getaway in the mountains

Difficult to get to, taxi rides were too expensive, many dinner choices not available, pool was dirty and not able to use

Staff were nice and wifi was good. Breakfast was good as well. Cleaning service was good.

All electricity socket in the rooms were not working, but two. There was a lot of mosquitos and cockroaches. Lunch food not that good compared to the price and many dishes are missing. I only get two small bottles of water for free instead of 1.5 liter AC was dripping water the entire time so each day I wake up to water on the floor. Hotel rooms are expensive for the quality of services given.

The hotel was okay overall. I like the fact that yhey have a smart TV in the room. But I think they need to do a better job with the WIFI situation
