"Very bad."

The staff was kind. The space was quiet and near the down town.

The swimming pool was inoperable and dirty which cause a lot of mosquitoes. The climatisation is turned off from 3h am. Only two meals on the breakfast.

It was the worst spend I have made in years. Very disappointing

No AC most of the say although it was advertised rooms came with AC; Television didn't work; No soap provided; showers were the worst etc

The service was terrible. In our first room we had issues with the television. When we changed room, the refrigerator didn’t work and when we asked for a different refrigerator we didn’t get one. We paid eight hundred plus dollars for poor service!

The shower is no pressure on the water you might take 4hrs to take a shower omg everything is excellent but when are you taken a bath you will hate yourself
