Plus to czystość i miła Pani na recepcji oraz parking

Pokój był mniejszy niż na zdjęciu i nie było wanny tylko prysznic a podczas rezerwacji na zdjęciu widniała wanna. Cisza nocna tam nie obowiązuje, całą noc krzyki na korytarzu innych osób przez co nie dało się spać. Pani z obsługi bez naszej zgody weszła nam do pokoju.

"„Nieprzyjemna sytuacja przy zameldowaniu”"

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przystanek autobusowy tuż przy hotelu co ułatwia szybki dojazd autobusem do metra a później do centrum.

Nie posługuję się dobrze językiem angielskim, jednak miałam wydrukowane potwierdzenie rezerwacji w tym języku dla trzech osób. Pani z recepcji, która mówiła po angielsku, twierdziła, że rezerwacja dotyczy jednego pokoju dla jednej osoby. Jej zachowanie było mało uprzejme.
