Unfortunately, my experience at the reception was not pleasant. The lady at the front desk spoke in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner, and when I asked for help, she was not willing to assist me. This made the overall stay less comfortable than expected.

"An excellent hotel, clean with friendly staff."

I was very pleased with this hotel, very clean and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was also plentiful with a good selection to choose from. I had an event to attend at the ice rink so the location was perfect.

The curtains were a bit small so I couldn't completely cover the windows, so unfortunately street lighting was peering trough.
