Vulkán Wellness Hotel & Camping

Először voltunk a szállodában. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak,választék éppen megfelelő volt(sem kevés,sem sok). Lesték a kívánságainkat. Kedves személyzet. Húsvétkor voltunk,kis ajándék várt minket a szobán, gyerekeknek húsvéti programok voltak!Rengeteg édesség és apróság(gyerekek örültek) került kiosztásra. A recepció személyzete is nagyon kedves volt. Nagyon tetszettek a szaunaszeánszok!

Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend! Das Abendbuffet ebenfalls, alles sehr gut! Leider waren keine Verkehrs bzw. Hinweistafeln, wo sich das Hotel befindet! Fuhren öfters auf der Vorrangstraße vorbei!

Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht gereinigt ! Dadurch leider sehr viel Staub, überhaupt auf dem Boden! Einfach schrecklich, darf und sollte nicht sein!

Kuchyně. Zprvu obyčejná a běžná jako v jiných hotelech. Při bližším pochopení naprosto vynikající, jedinečná a v mnoha ohledech vyniká nad mnoho ostatních obdobných hotelů v Maďarsku.

Čistota pokojů. Řeší se jen to, co je vidět. Žádný úklid pod postelemi, pod stolem. Pokud jsme požádali recepční (tu velmi nepříjemnou recepční) o nápravu, měli jsme se ženou pocit, že nás vyprovodí bičem.

Our stay at Hotel Vulkán exceeded our expectations in many ways. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful Easter gift of marzipan, which created a very nice first impression. The half-board was excellent, with a rich and varied selection of dishes that catered to different tastes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Although the wellness area is relatively small, it was never overcrowded, which we actually appreciated—especially compared to the nearby large spa facilities that tend to be crowded. The sauna rituals were very well organized and contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the price was very reasonable considering the quality of services provided.

There were, however, a few drawbacks. The beds tended to move apart easily, which slightly reduced comfort. The bio sauna, although new, was unfortunately not operational during our stay. We also missed a cooling plunge pool in the wellness area. In addition, most information was available only in Hungarian or German, and communication with staff was sometimes difficult due to limited English proficiency. The buffet in the spa area was also disappointing, offering mainly fried and pre-prepared food with limited choice. Despite these minor issues, we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider returning in the future.
