I had extreme trouble trying to get into the building itself. Then I was unable to locate the luggage storage that turned out is not available anyway. I tried to see the third floor. I could not enter and some men that came out looked very angrily at me when I enquired about gaining entrance which did not make me feel safe. I left and booked a different hotel. There was a terrible smell in the building but the most important complaint is that the booking advert is not factual. You advertise a hotel and you are not forthcoming about it being independent rooms, with no reception and required self check in. I would never have chosen to stay in a place with no reception should I have known before hand. Lastly, I was not even given the check in door codes from you until I arrived (after I asked for it) and realised I only had a code for the luggage storage. This experience has been really distressing for me and I hope you will be able to refund me the cost of the booking. Requested refund in the end but this was not granted.

Very close to metro and possible to walk to the city centre, lots of coffee places and good gastro around.

The place looked much better on pictures, but it was not so clean, it was old, bathroom was ridiculously small without toiletries. No cleaning service.

Il nostro primo giorno di soggiorno in camera ( tornando da varie escursioni per di più con temperature molto basse tra i 3° e i 6°, vento e pioggia) è stato deludente. Condizionatore bloccato su aria fredda non si spegneva e termosifoni spenti . Stanza FREDDISSIMA! Dopo aver contattato l'operatrice al telefono dalle ore 20:00 mi manda un tecnico alle ore 00:00 dicendomi semplicemente che non poteva risolvere, scollegando il collegamento elettrico dalla cassetta e che l'indomani avrebbe risolto il tutto. Il giorno successivo hanno rimediato mettendomi un picccolo termosifone elettrico che tutto faceva al di fuori che emenare calore.

Nothing really maybe entry to the rooms.

Lovely clean property and the perfect location. It was a shame we were only there for 3 nights. No breakfast included but lovely Bakery/ cafe just across the road. Everything you could possibly need.
