"Recent stay at Astoria Boutique Hotels"

I liked the comfortable spacious room. Maria was my dedicated Hotel Manager who communicated with me via whatsapps. She was superb in ensuring I was comfortable. I have an issue of a double payment charged on my credit card She helped to clarify that it was not made by their hotel and to assist in investigating the issue.

The dark entrance and small lift areas I had a heavy luggage and there was no one to assist going up the stairs to the lift. It was difficult

Muy buena ubicación (Tiene además súper próximo la estación Astoria de metro, por lo que facilita mucho el moverse por Budapest). Bastante bien la comunicación vía WhatsApp. Precio ok. Muy limpio. Repetiré alojamiento.

Al enviarte el número de la puerta principal vía mail, debería de haber un poco más de info, explicar un poco más. Al no estar habituado a que una llave de alojamiento esté dentro del candado, yo si necesitaba más indicaciones (para la hora de pillar las otras 2 llaves) pero al 2do día comprendí que toda la ciudad tiene esta metodología.

The room faced the highway and it was very noisy. I think that the windows do not seal well, the windows should be changed, if the building is not a cultural asset.

"Uncomfortable beds that make you itch. Noises all through the night."

Location was okay but very noisy.

Bed wasn't comfy. The sheets made us both itch. There were noises all through the night and the cleaner started early which was really loud. The entrance is a bit sketchy my wife didn't feel safe arriving in the evening. Had to abandon our stay here and move to a hotel.
