The check in and checkout process is fairly easy. The rooms were clean and housekeeping refilled the water/tea and coffee that they provide with the room.

The hotel is quite far from any beaches. You will have to take a taxi to any of the usual tourist spots.

We stayed for 2D1N here. with family. it is a good hotel to stay. rooms were clean and free from noise. They have limited but delicious complimentary breakfast option. .

Only demerit we observed is if you require some thing you need to pay extra (almost 3 times the MRP of Item).. this should be improved. As per law as well nothing can be sold above than MRP. But they mentioned that it's hotel policy. however overall it was Nice stay

I recently stayed at a hotel that offers an ideal location for those seeking proximity to Panjim city rather than immediate beach access. While the staff seemed inexperienced at times and unsure about handling guest requests, they were generally friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided with the room was below average, but fortunately, the restaurant located on the ground floor near the pool served delicious food. One area of improvement would be the bathroom facilities, as they lacked a hand shower option, a comb, and basic body lotion. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious with bright lighting. However, the thin walls separating adjacent rooms proved to be a major flaw in the room design, as conversations from the neighboring room were easily audible. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's primary strengths lie in its convenient location and spacious rooms. Other aspects should be considered secondary. I believe that investing in staff training and better planning would greatly enhance the overall experience of staying at this hotel.
