It was spacious room and clean bathrooms. Very responsive housekeeping. Close to the main junction, easy to walk thru to the main road.

More that booking.com and the property need to have better sync with travellers booking through the app. Also i was asked to pay for an empty plate that i requested which was strange as this is not a 5star property and as customer service i thought that was a negative impression as a customer. The food isn’t great at all, not much variety in the cafe and that can improve considerably. If the right clauses are stated earlier abt food from outside not entertained then customers are more likely to abide, however asking a cust to pay for an empty plate or bowl was surprising. I had to chuck most of the food i had ordered on zomato as i didnt have anythj g to eat it from…that was a let down from the property. Seemed like they wanted to make a quick buck and the impression for me changed.
