Nothing at All

Literally Eveything. No Towels or Toiletries provided. The Breakfast took about 45 mins to be delivered (yes, there is no seperate breakfast room). The hotel kitchen is located 20 mins away and is very okayish. The hotel rents its space out for wedding functions etc and they have no time limits. Hence, you will hear utensil and other sounds until 1.30 - 2 am at night. Absolutely avoidable.

The location is near to airport .

Room was not tidy at all . Shower wasn’t work properly . I ordered the coffee which took almost 40 minutes and gave me a hot chocolate. not professionalism at all.

Spacious room

1. We checked in around 7:30-7:45PM on 26th January. Once we entered the room we found it to be not cleaned properly. The staff has just cleaned the floor. The bed sheets blankets pillow covers were not replaced. They just kept the items used by the previous guests. 2. While checking in we requested a pair of glasses and an extra blanket. It was not delivered until around 10PM. That too after informing the receptionist multiple times. Finally, we went to get the items ourselves. 3. We also asked for a couple of plates and bowl for dinner at 9pm. It was delivered after 10:30pm 4. Next day morning at 7:30 am we requested for 2 cups pf black tea. The receptionist informed that the restaurant opens at 9am. We had to wait till 10:15 am for the first cup of tea in the morning. Also there were no cattle, tea pouches etc available. 5. Breakfast served was bought from a roadside stall. Overall all this experience led to a frustrated experience. Over all these years of staying at different hotels this hotel was the most pathetic. Service is a big no. Room was spacious. But other than that nothing was right. I had booked the stay for 2 days but out of utter frustration and disappointment I checked out in 18hrs. It was a total waste of money
