Cocroches running on the bed. Incredible dirty. No staff around, no response for messages and calls. I was changing the places at 1am, and I requested a refund. There is no one to speak to.

I waited 2 hours to check in but there was Noone at reception, even when I sent massages and called. the place looks less maintained than the photos. I booked a new place and requested a refund but didn't hear back

Good location. Close to the beaches

False advertising at its finest. The pool is filthy. Green water, tiles missing, the ‘filter’ is just floating in the pool. No one in their right mind would get in it. The standard room was not the room in the pictures, it was way smaller. The water from the shower didn’t go down the drain it instead went down a crack under the door and in the morning the room smelt of sewage. First time I booked based on the pictures and didn’t read reviews. Never again. Also asked for toilet roll as I’d ran out on afternoon. Didn’t get any until the next morning

We actually paid for a deluxe room, but they didn't have it, so they placed us in the smallest (and dirtiest) room they had. The responsable just said "sorry I don't have". BUT WE'D PAID FOR IT. He even asked for 3.000 rupias even though he didn't have the room we'd paid for. He was not nice to us.

The place is cute, the rooms are spacious, there is a shared fridge next to the pool and a fountain with potable water. The location is not the best but there are some nice cafes and warung around that you can go walking. If you are a couple the price is very attractive. The receptionist just comes sometimes but very active on whatsapp if you need anything. The bed is extremely comfy.

Couldn't lock my door, a lot of mosquitos and no pression in the shower.
