Always urine smell in the room , I asked the staff to put room freshener .

The location is very close to airport. Just walkable. Staff were helpful.

The faucets sinks were leaky. Bed linen was not fresh..

It is a 2 star hotel and You get what you pay for so DO NOT EXPECT 3 stars or above! This hotel is a practical option for a short stay at Chennai Airport. It’s conveniently located inside the metro station and is within walking distance from the airport, making it easy to access without needing transportation (it was better than I expected). It is relatively safe inside the Airport area. The staff can understand English and are willing to help bring your luggage inside. It’s also about a five-minute walk to a nearby mall, where you’ll find a limited but still better selection of dining options than inside the airport. For travelers facing long waits before check-in opens, it’s a far more comfortable alternative to staying in the terminal, where food choices are minimal. There are quite a good number of electrical outlets for you to charge all your electronic devices. Upon checkout, you can easily walk to the international Terminal 2 with your luggage, making it a convenient and efficient choice for transit stays.

Could be cleaner. I would not recommend staying here overnight but a few hours while waiting for your flight is ok. There are no toiletries and tissue for restroom at all, hope they could offer an option to buy it from the hotel.

Cleanliness not appropriate for a hotel of this standard. Mould in the rooms and also hair ...

Location was good. Nothing else. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

The front desk guy was so rude. Took extra money from me twice and told me breakfast will be inlcuded, but in the morning, another guy refused us breakfast with all the rudeness possible. I almost paid double than usual price, still. Upon arriving, the front desk guy start asking why I am here with all rudeness. Indian immigration didn't even ask me that many questions like he did. He made us wait atleast an hour. Then at the end, asked for marriage certificate! I am come on! We travelled 7 countries together, never been asked this in a hotel. Luckily I had a copy of that certificate. Room were extremely small and noisy.
