Bett und Zimmer waren ok

Wir sind Abends spät eingetroffen und wollten auch nur die Nacht dort verbringen. Leider gab es ab ca. 4:30 eine Dauerdurchsage, wahrscheinlich für die Metro. Diese lief in Dauerschleife alle halbe Minute und das derart laut, so dass an Schlaf selbst mit Ohropax nicht zu denken war. Wir haben um 7:30 Das Hotel wieder veralssen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, doch dieses gab es erst ab 8:00 was nirgendwo stand. Auf einer Bank im Flughafen hätten wir mehr Ruhe gehabt! Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren ok.

I didn't like anything there after paying 4250 the give uncleaned room after waiting for 3 hours . The receptionist are arogenent . The dont have any kind of greatest to the client. I have never been in a hotel like that. Only advantage is its next to airport. The receptionist should be removed they dont know how to handle client and rude behaviour I was asking for invoice to submit for reimbursement from my company its 1 month they dont want to send . Reply bad experience hope no one will have to face this again

Location is the only positive for this place

I booked a transit room. The toilet seat of the shared bathroom was broken. The staff just put the seat back on top of the toilet and said it's fixed. It was also really dirty - the linen, the pillow, the mattress was uneven. I asked booking to ask them to give me a refund so I can find another hotel. They refused stating that their software doesn't allow it once they've checked someone in. Having no choice, I asked if I can upgrade my room to stay in a single room with a working toilet after paying the difference between the room prices. They initially refused to do even this and said I'd have to pay the full price for the upgraded room on top of the amount I'd already paid for the previous room, citing again their software limitations. Finally, after three hours of not getting a room and speaking to booking for two hours, they allowed me to upgrade the room by paying the difference. The prices of the rooms don't justify at all what is being offered unless you just have to stay at the airport. Even then, I'd suggest finding another place. They don't even have luggage storage space, so since my flight was in the evening the following day, I had to have my luggage on me at all times after checking out. Horrible experience for me.

The location was very convenient to the Chennai International Airport. Arrived on late flight and check in was quick.

Access closed after midnight as in the train station.

This is a great location within easy walking distance of the terminals. Some people implied that it was a bit confusing finding your way to the airport terminals at night, but I didn't find this. The room was okay.

Unfortunately the water supply was not working well during my stay. A lot of sand was coming from the water, once it restarted flowing.

No toilet paper, cold shower and depressing decor and no signs at airport to find if albeit it is nearby.

Хорошее местоположение, прямо на станции петро. Пеший переход в здание аэропорта. Отличное место, что бы переночевать. Рядом куча кафешек, есть рядом бар.

Шумновато, все таки станция метро)
