"A friendly and well located hotel."

The location is very good, a beautiful part of Surabaya, nice restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and fitness room are very ok. Friendly and helpful staff. We even got some extra food! Clean and spacious rooms. Coffee and water available. A very complete breakfast, there was even yoghurt.

It would have been nice if there was a relaxing chair in the room. The 2 bottles water were a bit small and not enough for 1 day (but after we asked, we got more water).

Super goede ervaring gehad. Hele mooie kamer. Zeer groot bed en sleep heel goed. Hele schone kamer. Super leuke badkamer. Personeel Super vriendelijk en enthousiast. Top hotel.
