Spacious room, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Good location. Wide spread of buffet breakfast (Western and Asian selections). Good facilities. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Понравилось расположение отеля. Завтраки вкусные. Очень мягкие подушки.

1. Очень медленный вай фай в номере и в отеле. Face Time видео не работал вообще, а если и работал то с ужасными глюками. 2. Запах в душевой. Ужасно пахло из канализации. На мой вопрос может ли прийти человек и посмотреть? Никто не пришел. 3. Безумно дорогие завтраки. Когда платишь по 100$ за ночь ожидаешь увидеть немного больше качества. Честно говоря в Сурабае есть отели дешевле и намного лучше.
