Nothing.. rude attitude.. irresponsible

They simple left me stranded at midnight, told me that your booking is confirmed via booking.com but we dont have rooms left here, was with 2 small kids, at midnight they shifted me to another hotel nearby .. absolute disgusting...

When I got to my room the toilet wasn't working so I informed them and left for the day, when I came home exhausted the toilet was still not fixed. The staff was not very helpful about it and refused to change my room. They eventually gave me another room at one of the connected hotels under the same management. The bathrooms smelled bad and made me wonder about the cleanliness of the place. The room I received was very loud. All of this for double the price of much better hotels in the same area
