Pictures are not representative of the actual room - rooms are tired, dirty, no toilet roll, no towels, rude staff, broken lights, urine on toilet seat, the list goes on…

Spacious and well laid rooms, staff was helpful.

Cleanliness and maintenance was not up to standards. Rooms were not ventilated and were not clean with stains on wall, with used toileteriee provided. Mini fridge had rust inside and linen was not clean. Family room was located right at the back which made us felt unsafe and hard to access with little kids.
