The staff here are really great and helpful. Customer service is excellent. Lovely sounds of the Ubud jungle.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough. Can hear other patrons in the hotel.

Staff were amazing, always clean, great area in the rice fields, but still walking distance to Ubud centre and palace. Rooms were modern but still traditional, great aircon and hot water.

No fridge, lots of ants around the pool, probably because so close to fields and jungle, otherwise amazing stay

The rooms are great, really big with lovely balconies. The location is also good because it’s nice and quiet and only a short ride away from the main hub.

I didn’t think the pictures matched the property. The site itself it’s much smaller than expected, for example the restaurant is just a couple tables. The pool was also not as expected. Unlike the photographs, the area is very overgrown, meaning the pool is mostly in the shade. Because of this, there is also hundreds of bugs. We tried relaxing by the pool but it wasn’t enjoyable. I’d say the pool area is more like a nice pond to look at, rather than something you’d want to get into.

Nice staff and great hotel , close to everything and perfect location

The property was kept clean and offered a decent stay. Location was also away from hustle of ubud but close to the main centre as well.

I would give 1 star to the behaviour of the staff. While checking out , staff accused us and misbehaved in a very un appologetical manner saying that one of the linen was missing and accused us of Stealing it without even properly checking from their side. The same linen piece was found in the room along with other linen's. The manager , staff without even checking it properly misbehaved with us.

Beautiful location overlooking the rice fields. Nice and quiet and a short walk to the main area. Bed was very comfortable and poolside was soo relaxing.
