Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, shop and beach.

Our room smelt like a sewer. Very strong sewer smell coming from outside into the room. It was uncomfortable, had a terrible sleep due to smell. Left as soon as the sun was up. Would not stay here again.

Very good food. Great personnel. We really enjoyed staying there and we would recommend people to try the excelent Argentinian food there. It is what we expected with a very very very very very very comfortable bedding.

Too close to to bar with really loud music until late every night and early in the morning We could not use the pool - rainy water from the street was pouring down straight into the pool

The air conditioning is not strong enough. Our shower only had hot water, which is not great in a very hot country. No outdoor shower The staff don’t speak English very well Can hear the loud music from the beach clubs around at nighttime

Staff were so lovely. Beautiful property with so much attention to detail, set in rainforest gardens. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely what we wanted from Bali - had a very Balinese feel. Good location! There is a loud bar, but by 10pm the live music stopped and other music played is not too loud. Ear plugs are supplied!

When requesting room to be cleaned during our 4 night stay, towels and bedding weren’t changed but this isn’t the end of the world! The aircon wasn’t very powerful. Gaps in the doors which let mosquitoes and bugs in, but using bug spray resolved this.
