The location Clean and tidy garden and rooms

No reception. No safes in rooms. No fridge in rooms. No bottled water to brush teeth. They had a kettle and coffee cups in room but no tea, coffee or creamer Restaurant not functioning. Instructions in room said we could ring restaurant on the street above them for drinks or food and they would bring it to us but no one ever answered the phone when we rang. It also stated on information in our rooms that we could help ourselves to drinks in the fridge with an honour system to pay in the unfunctioning restaurant area but fridges were always locked. Pool area in very poor condition, very rundown. Lots of leaves in pool as well. Big gap in door to my room, cockroaches got inside my room. Dogs barking all night right outside my room. Loud music next door at night. One of the staff laid on my bed to read a book and I know this because they left their book on my bed and had adjusted the aircon to blow onto them, so wrong to do this! A foriegn girl turned up one day and said she was in charge and to contact her by phone if any problems as she is not on the premises which was very strange.

This hotel was lovely staff were amazing, only issue was the noise you could hear everything from music to people talking, to a dog barking at 6am and keeping me up. Roof service was fab good location

The noise, bring ear plugs. Also a lot of stairs to get to rooms if you have a heavy suitcase but the staff helped me carry my 32kg case they were amazing.

we loved everything about this property! truly a slice of paradise in a popular area, on the main road of uluwatu you’ll be surrounded by all the essentials you need but once you step into this oasis all the noise melts away. the kids loved the pool and little skate ramp! not only was the staff incredibly friendly they allowed us to wait down by the pool lounge to recharge our phones until our room was ready. Huge bonus the restaurant upstairs was hands down some of the best food we had during our trip! the kids made friends and played pool, we got to listen to live music and have fun. it was definitely a great experience for all of us and it truly felt like home! we wanted to stay and move in. our last minute decision turned into life long memories and new found friendship with the owners who were there for us and guided us through our trip, making sure we had the best time possible. we truly miss you guys and loved every minute. we will definitely be back ALOHA the Beschen’s

there was nothing not to like, kid friendly super inviting and fun for everyone. our kids are 11 and 17 and it was perfect!

The rooms look good but that's it. Good location.

There was VERY loud music till 10/11pm. Salt water in bathroom. There is no fridge in the room.

Such a cute little property. Only issues were AC turned off a couple times during different nights, shower water was salty. But overall good stay and great location!

Great location, in the heart of Uluwatu. Interesting style of the room, you want to look at it. Special thanks to the hotel staff.

The staff were lovely and the place was clean and safe. The kids had a great time in the pool and lounging around the gardens

Mosquitos could get into our room and the wifi didn't work in our room. The music from next door was loud late into the night, it didn't bother us but might bother others
