Personal was friendly and polite

The room was super noisy. I asked for a change. I feel a bit unsafe in the neighborhood. Also sadly was not super clean.

There were many shops nearby.

There was no elevator. The bed sheets and pillows had stains. The bathroom floor had a broken tile and water seeped out every time we stepped into the bathroom. Toilet bowl was not clean.
