The manager was very concerned about the safaris in the nationalparc. He did a very good job in that. The tours were also very good with a lot of information about the wildlife. Breakfast and dinner were good but not overwhelming.

The place was quite clean but not perfece as so often in India. For instance I was not sure wether the pillows have been changed.

Over all it was good and value for money

The hotel’s staff (Govin) is very kind, he even picked me up from the bus stop which I did not expect! And he took me around the area after check-in, showing me the villages and tea gardens before dropping me at the Orchid park. Food was good and affordable. Room is clean with comfortable bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet (was refreshing to be able to sleep without earplugs), location is serene and within walking distance to local market and bus stop, as well as a short 5 minute drive from the Central safari zone.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. They willingly organised all our safaris and guided us on the things to do. Room service was prompt and the food was tasty.

Very warm and welcoming staff. Room was neat and clean. Food was freshly prepared. Staff was available on call. They promptly rectified the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Room windows/door should have mosquito proof nets, so that they can be opened for ventilation. The bathroom required an exhaust. (WITHIN 24 HOURS OF OUR RETURN, THEY ADDED AN EXHAUST FAN AND SENT ME THE VIDEO 👍). The main room requires a dressing table with mirror.
