Guests are offered a welcome basket of fresh fruit and local wine or water upon arrival. Please note that the half-board option is served only in the main restaurant (beverages excluded). Dress Code: For the evening in all restaurants, our dress code is smart casual, meaning trousers or tailored shorts with closed shoes or leather sandals. "Wonderful and memorable stay"

We chose the all-inclusive package as we have a 2 year old so felt it would be a lot easier. The hotel was in a good location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute taxi journey into Rhodes. The swimming pool was very big. The restaurants were superb- we went to the Japenese restaurant twice and the greek restaurant one night. The buffet breakfast was good and we liked the a la carte menu. The staff were very accommodating and friendly - they gave lots of attention to our daughter.

We found it to be a bit noisy on the 3rd floor in the morning with the cleaners and we could hear the music from the other hotel at night.

Nice view from the room. Decent location. Good size room.

Requests for some ice for the room were sometimes delivered for free, sometimes we got "oh for room service you need to order at least 10 euros" or best, when walking to the bar they asked for 4 euros (and a tip) to get a bucket of ice. Inconsistent and "5 star" is charing for getting some ice??? Had a meal in the restaurant. Ordered some wine, had to self serve the rest of the bottle. When I asked if I could take the remainder of the bottle to my room, the waiter said OK and just left the bottle for me to "wrap up". Overall, not a bad place but good at claiming "5 stars" and claiming the prices that go with it but actual service is very much like a cheap hotel where any and all requests are met with "that will be a X charge. Would you like to leave a tip?"

All of the staff were SO nice and helpful! The welcome drink, free dinner, wine in our room as well as goodbye gifts were so nice.

The buffet dinner could have been more tasty. Breakfast was fine and the pool bar restaurant was great.
