Atrium Platinum Resort & Spa

The staff were amazing. The service was first rate they even providing us with a special cake and bottle of sparkling wine for a celebration. The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The food in the top floor alacarte restaurant was excellent.

We did not like Italian ground floor restaurant which felt like an underground car park! The pool bar was much better. We also did not like that there was no out door area to take breakfast although you could have room service and take breakfast on your balcony. We also did not like the absence of a decent beach. The area outside the hotel was unattractive and the beach worse! This is a hotel where you would probably not venture out which is what we would miss if we stayed longer.

Everything! We upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was amazing. Staff and service were friendly and first rate. Food was excellent, especially since they changed the dinner buffet food each night. Views were spectacular. Pools were gorgeous. All was spotless and shining. Location was perfect. Easy to get cabs. We would definitely go back…tomorrow!

Everything! The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is great, the hotel provides you with everything you need and more for an amazing vacation! Just come and enjoy. We have already decided to come back and this time for more than a week

It's a personal taste, but the mattress is too soft 4 me. On the other hand, my wife loved it

We had two side-sea-view rooms, one room for 3 children and one room for a couple for 10 days in August 2023. We loved the staff and their friendly helping attitude (thanks a million everybody !!!) The rooms are well furnished and very big and comfortable. The amenities of the hotel are extensive, and we used the tennis court, spa, gym, squash court and swimming pool. Everything was excellent quality. The location is perfect because it's close to everything. We rented a car and could get to Rhodes center in about 15 minutes. We took windsurfing lessons in the windsurfing school (Surfline Rhodes) a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The beach next to the hotel is pleasant, but the most beautiful beaches are on the other side (the east side) of the island.

The door between the room and the main corridor is very thin and not-at-all soundproof so all the noise from the corridor gets through to the room. This is the only thing we would recommend fixing to get a perfect stay.

Not keen on the bar area, felt like a glass corridor. Didn’t have any ambience, however, the entertainment was very good.
