Stayed here with my partner in September, we had the Aqua Suite. We really enjoyed our stay. Klaudia and Anila were really friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the temperature of the hot tub but they were really quick to get it sorted. Lovely and private compared to other hotels you see in Fira & Oia where people are walking right past your balcony/hot tub. The breakfast was delicious, we had the omelette and sweet pancakes pretty much every day for 6 days and never got sick of it. Also comes with greek yogurt, fruit salad and pastries. Beautiful views from the pool, not the traditional caldera view but still beautiful. One thing I will say is try to have your transport sorted in advance as soon as you arrive at the airport / ferry port. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk outside the centre of Imerovigli and not the most walkable roads. I'd recommend getting the bus to Fira and then haggling with a few of the different quad bike companies. Quad bike is a great way to see the island : )

You will need a car / quad bike / scooter to get around but that didn't really bother us.

La atención por parte de Anila y su compañera ha sido excepcional, además de unas instalaciones y servicios de 10. Te ofrecen todas las facilidades para poder moverte y recorrer la isla. Recomendable al 100% para unas vacaciones perfectas.

A very nice hotel. Pool with an amazing view. Room was very spacious with private hot tub. Friendly owner who was helpful. 10-15 minute to Imerovigli which is just as nice as other places without the crowds

If you wish to be in a quiet and calm place away from the crowd, then book here. Our host was very kind and super helpful in explaining about the area plus gave us tips where to eat. Decent breakfast was also served each morning. The pool has a magnificent view overlooking the sea which gives you the feeling of almost touching it. We got the infinity suite which didn’t have a sea view but had an indoor jacuzzi and spacious room. All in all it was a what we were looking for (peaceful,near the city,affordable). Big thumbs up to our (host) which was doing almost every duty in the hotel and made us feel at home. Thank you!!

Some details which can be improved such as : - SOFT & CHILL music in the pool area - drinks menu - better cleaning in certain areas around the hotel.

Det lever ikke op til at kunne kalde sig “luxury”. Meget skuffende… Terassen i Cave Suite matchede på ingen måde billederne på hjemmesiden eller her på Booking.com. Det var beskidt og faldefærdigt, gråt og slet ikke hvidt og rent som på billedet. Toilettet blev ved med at løbe, og vi kunne heller ikke skylle ud. Derfor kunne vi ikke bruge toilettet med kort tids mellemrum. Vandhanen sad også løst. Toilettet var også beskidt og så slidt ud. Dørhåndtaget sad også løst og så slidt ud. Dagen efter fortalte vi personalet om værelset, og fik hermed et nyt værelse. Trods det havde en bedre udsigt, så var toilettet nærmest endnu værre her. Brættet sad løst. Vægpanelet, hvor man skyller ud, faldt ned i toilettet. Rigtig klamt. Tv’et sad skævt. Jacuzzien var slidt, og der kunne nærmest pilles maling af… Alt i alt en virkelig skuffende oplevelse, og vi mener bestemt ikke, at vi fik hvad vi betalte for… Vi har klaget til hotellet, men de tilbyder kun en discount, hvis vi kommer igen. Det gør vi ikke. Er skuffet over at der heller ikke ydes kompensation. Godt nok fik vi et nyt værelse, men det var i meget dårlig stand også.
