The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub in our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot.

One of the main issues is the staff/receptionist: she is quite rude and seems to dislike her job. She doesn't help with anything and treats us with indifference. I really thought the service was terrible! The breakfast is disappointing for a hotel of this level. You can't even get more than one cup of coffee without being charged for it! About the location: you will need a car or quad to get around, as there is nothing nearby. The view is not a caldera view (as mentioned in the description) but the region is quite strange too - then I was also disappointed with the view. If I could advise you: search for another place.

It was lovely and private, loved the decor too we really couldn’t fault that at all.

The place was deserted when we got there, nobody was there to check us into our room at 7pm. The ‘bar’ that was supposed to be open in the evenings was never open and breakfast only served about 4 different things. It’s states all over booking.com and their website that there’s a restaurant, when we were told that there isn’t. So getting food aside from breakfast was challenging unless we were physically going out in a cab somewhere as nothing is around within walking distance. The room was lovely and modern but we had an issue with our toilet and we weren’t given new towels every day.

Great location, large room, quiet area, nice breakfast and very clean facilities. I would recommend this place.

Bedroom was spacious, comfy bed and good shower. Good continental breakfast, staff were pleasant and helpful. Really liked that they gave us information about sight seeing in Santorini including getting taxis and buses. Hotel is modern with well kept infinity pool.

Views are beautiful but pictures are from sunrise and is on wrong side of island for sunset. Location is a bit impractical outside of Imergovli unless you have a car. Place is small but still felt a bit empty when we visited early June. Some touches were a bit off like bottled water not refilled each day, no bin in the bedroom…and a very repetitive and loud playlist played from the communal area every day.

The suite was huge and very confortable. The breakfast was all fresh and delicious. Staff was kind. The view of the hotel is beautiful!

Good location, good simple breakfast

Very dusty everywhere, the hot tub kept cutting out and was alot smaller than expected and needs refurbishment. The toilet bowl was dirty. The restaurant was closed so nothing to eat or drink on site. Wasn't aware of the added room tax the check in registration form was handwritten so doesn't look professional and my personal information not secure.

Everything was AMAZING here. The breakfast, staff, and location stood out for us. We also thought it was more private compared to the other areas we saw. No one was over top of us or walking by while we were in the tub! I would highly recommend

Perfect Hotel! If you’re looking for privacy and quiet place then this hotel is for you. Leon Luxury suites far away from crowdedness, also 24 hours hot tub it makes you relax.

Each room had a hot tub.

The hot tub outside never got hot. The breaker in the room kept flipping off turning all the room electrical off. Advertised an on-site restaurant but it was closed for the season. Every taxi ride to town was $25. So $50 round trip.
