"Family focused resort with beautiful sandy beach"

The resort is clean and planned well. We had a family suite which was spacious. The hotel has plenty of shallow pools and baby pools making it perfect for families with young children under 10yrs. The beach is beautiful, sandy and shallow for a long stretch. There are plenty of sun loungers through out the resort. The staff are lovely. There was a complimentary bottle of red wine and pastries in our room when we arrived.

The WiFi in our room was slow and kept dropping. Our toiletries were not replenished.

Comfortable bed, wonderful food in restaurant. Great pool.

No toiletries, only cheap soap in a big dispenser. No ventilation in the bathroom, full of steam after taking shower. Wooden walkway to the sea was broken and dangerous. Half of the seaside doesn’t have direct access to the sea because it is full of black grass that is not put out. Overall not what you expect from 5* hotel.
