Overall good.

The restaurant needs far more improvement in staff behaviour . Also the staff are very rigid and not helpful to customer. The food is well made but the staff do not help if the customer wants any particular food. They smplly say not available. Bad service.

Great team at the front desk. Checked in smoothly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Walking distance to Guruvayoor temple.

wifi is very, very bad. They must improve the connectivity and speed. When we mentioned it, they did not take it seriously. Electricity was on and off all the time.

Close proximity to the guruvayir temple and shopping. Food was good. Staff always ready to help.

Did not find things to dislike.

Breakfast was cold. Staff need to ensure that food containers are covered and there is a fire that keeps it warm. Equipment exists only usage discipline required.
