staff was good and cooperative.

electricity failure. quite often. Wi-Fi is weak and not working. They have not bothered to fix the wifi issues, and the internet is going in and out. In spite of complaints, they have not fixed it.

Excellent experience staying at Devaragam. Clean, friendly staff, nice restaurant, good feeling while dining (excellent view), food is very good.

Nothing, small issue of bathroom door locking.

Closer to Railway station.

Staff members were rude. They collected extra money even though payment was already done through booking. Com. We had to raise complaint with hotel management and then got the money back. Such things are inconveniences.

Breakfast was not included in my package. But room services and other interactions with the staff have been exceptionally good. The arrangements and facilities were also very good.
