The stay at the hotel was wonderful. The area is very quiet, with a private beach and a view of the sunset. We got a room with a view of the mountains and palm trees, there was no noise from the hotel, we go to bed early, so we could rest well. and in the morning the bushes chirped from the birds. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, although it is visible that the hotel is used a lot and is not very new. used, but also loved. The food is fresh, fragrant and very tasty. Separately we would like to thank all the staff who ensure our comfort. and the people who meet, carry suitcases, clean every morning, sweep, mow the grass, cook, bake, pour wine and clean sauce stains from the serving tables. and thank the yoga teacher and the animator! Thank you very much, we will definitely want to come back.

Nous avions déjà prévenu que nous quitterions la chambre vers 11h15 au lieu de 11h. Sauf qu’à ma grande surprise en retournant dans ma chambre j’y ai trouvé la femme de mènera qui m’a dit : «  je vous ai déposé votre sac à main sur la table » et a continué à travailler. A noter qu’il y avait deux vêtements sur le lit qu’elle a mis de côté alors qu’elle aurait juste pu se dire : ah la chambre est encore occupée je reviens dans 10mn ». Je regarde le frigo pour récupérer ma bouteille de lait et mon ice tea mais il est vide . Elle me dit : «  oh sorry » . Ok pas grave jusque là. Les enfants arrivent pour faire pipi une dernière fois avant le long trajet qui nous attend . Un à un ils rentrent faire pipi , nous attendons dehors( je regarde ma montre pour être sure que je ne rêve pas car c’est surréaliste, effectivement comme il était 11h07, nous ne sommes théoriquement plus dans notre chambre et c’est normal pour la femme de ménage de nous voir attendre en dehors de la chambre :-( Bref je n’en aurais pas fait tout un plat mais j’ai littéralement été excédée quand arrivée à ma nouvelle destination j’ai réalisé que la femme de ménage avait également jeté notre dentifrice et toutes nos brosses à dents. J’ai dû tout acheter à nouveau dans une supérette qui ne s’est pas gêné de me plumer ! Franchement horrible comme départ, on a été jetés à la porte de notre chambre. Nous ne reviendrons pas car c’est le dernier souvenir de cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est très beau, le personnel très agréable.

Il manque quelques équipements dans les chambre. Par ex: pas de possibilités de prendre un bain, pas la clef du coffre..

A genuinely good hotel where you immediately feel at home — or as if you’ve come to visit family or close friends. The staff are extremely polite, positive, and always ready to help with any request, yet never intrusive. Nothing disturbs your relaxation here. The food and service are absolutely 10 out of 10. The location was perfect for us — peaceful and surrounded by nature. If you prefer lively nightlife, cafes, bars, and parties, this isn’t the place for you. But if you value tranquility and beautiful surroundings, you’ll love it here. A couple of small suggestions: the rooms could use a bit of renovation as they feel a little tired, and while the mattress is quite soft (which I personally liked), others might prefer something firmer. It’s also a pity that smoking is allowed on the balconies — though that’s common in many hotels. Overall, I can say one thing: I truly recommend this place!
