Très bel endroit pour se détendre, profiter de la piscine, de la plage et des activités proposées. Personnel aimable et attentif pour satisfaire les clients.

All the staff very good from the moment you arrive food very good nice pool and private beach and nice areas just to sit and relax

The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of food, lots of fresh vegetables/salads and fruit. The hotel was spotlessly clean - in side and out. The garden area was pretty and well tended.

The bathroom was a bit dated (We stayed in a standard double room), but was perfectly functionable, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. No wifi in the bedrooms

Beautiful sea and pool they owned. The food was great, as were the drinks. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The waiting staff were friendly. The cats were a nice touch too.

The reception staff were unhelpful, and don’t bother asking for a late checkout. We were only allowed until 12pm, even though check in is only at 3pm? It doesn’t take 3 hours to clean. The reception staff also looked bored, especially the two ladies.. like I’m sorry, but the pay can’t be that bad that you can’t offer the people paying your wages a smile, ie, us. The room was right over the pool, so we couldn’t actually change in it, only in the bathroom. Not enough privacy. The singer on Thursday night sounded like a cat dragged through a bush, and didn’t stop until 11pm. I didn’t sleep well that night.

The staff was amazing! Helped us with everything we need including food preferences, transportation in the city and everything we needed. Specifically Alexandros (the receptionist) and George (the b&f manager), both were amazing and made sure our stay was pleasant. Great facilities and service!!! We highly recommend.

The location is a bit far from central areas, car rental will be helpful if you want to see around the area (7 .minutes drive from malia)

la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours à l'écoute et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux, déjeuner et diner avec beaucoup de choix. les transats sur la plage sous les parasols. Les bars.

le changement de la baignoire par une douche (à l'italienne) serait un plus.
