Le personnel très agréable poli professionnel et efficace nous ont donné ce sentiment d'être chez nous. Cette ambiance feutrée qu on ne retrouve seulement dans des établissements haut de Gamme est excellente. Il y a toujours des transats a la plage. La nourriture est très variée et équilibrée. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

Le lit vieillot et matelas affaissé

We had such a fantastic time! The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, and the place itself is just beautiful, with so many great things to do. The people were so incredibly welcoming from the second we got there. We also loved the delicious food and the fun evening shows. It was so nice to find a relaxing spot without other tourists outside the hotels.

The towels were a recurring issue throughout the stay. Guests would place their towels on sunbeds by the pool and on the beach to reserve them, and then leave for hours, sometimes without returning at all. This was particularly frustrating because the hotel had rules posted about not doing this. The problem was amplified on the days when a storm closed the sea and the kids' pool was also being cleaned, leaving no open sunbeds at the main pool for people to use.

Plaja, atmosfera calma, o mare parte a personalului foarte amabila, mâncarea foarte gustoasa, preocuparea pt cei cu alergii a managerului restaurantului, activitățile de pe plaja atât pt copii cât si pt adulți, spectacolele seara, dupa cina dar care nu se întind dupa ora 23:00.

Unele camere sunt cu mobilier vechi, întrarea in apa nu merge fara încălțăminte speciala din cauza pietrelor, câteodată erau alge in apa si la mal

המקום נקי ,האוכל טוב ,אוירה מצויינת . יש ציקדות שמצרצרות ומפרות את השקט (למי שזה מפריע).

Hotel très sympa, familial mais calme. Le buffet est top, la nourriture est excellente ! Vous pouvez manger à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur en terrasse.La plage est sympa avec une douche et plein de transats , il n'en manque jamais ( sur la plage de sable ou sur la partie jardin)mais prévoir les chaussures pour aller dans l'eau. Les spectacles du soir sont sympas. Le personnel est adorable.Vous avez un bus chaque matin qui s'arrête juste devant l'hôtel pour vous amener à Heraklion ou Agios Nikolaos pour env 4€, c'est bien.A Sissi ( 5 min en voiture), vous avez un bureau qui propose pas mal d'excursions, des restaurants et quelques boutiques.

La literie à revoir ( matelas tout mou) L'attitude des gens qui vont réserver leur transat au bord de la piscine à l'aube ( seulement une vingtaine de transats à la piscine) Il faudrait une petite navette qui nous amène à Sissi trop éloigné de l'hôtel pour y aller à pied.

Le camere andrebbero un po’ ammodernate, specie i bagni. Comunque sempre puliti.

למקום הגענו דרך המלצה, אז יחסית ידענו למה לצפות, עבורינו זה היה מדויק - שקט, נעים וטעים, אבל חשוב שידעו מי שמגיע שמדובר במלון מבודד יחסית, בלי אטרקציות לילדים, חדר ילדים דל, בריכה גדולה ובריכה לקטנים שהיא בלי משהו אטרקטיבי לילדים. המלון יושב על חוף פרטי מהמם, אז לאוהבי ים ושקט זה מושלם. הצוות של המלון נעים, שירותי, מקצועי ועושה הכל כדי שתהיו מרוצים. יש כל ערב הופעה או ריקודים באמפי, מי שמחפש שקט ממש, להתרחק מהחדרים שעל הים כי אז שומעים המוסיקה בערבים. המקום מבודד ולכן צריך מוניות או רכב כדי להגיע למוקדי עניין. אוכל נהדר ומגוון, ודואגים להכל בשפע, למעשה כמעט כל היום יש משהו לנשנש ושתייה כל הזמן. כשהיינו עכשיו (סוף אוגוסט) ממש כמעט שלא היו ישראלים, היו משהו כמו 2-3 משפחות נוספות והשאר אירופאים, בשבילנו זה היה יתרון מהמקומות המוכרים וההומים ישראלים, מגלשות ואגדודו בבריכה, זה נורא תלוי מה מחפשים. החדרים בסיסיים מינוס, מאוד נקיים אבל ישנים ובסיסיים. בקיצור - לנו זה היה מדויק, אם גם אתם מחפשים הכל כלול בשביל אוכל זמין לילדים, אבל עם תחושה של מלון רגוע, שקט ומבודד, זה המקום בשבילכם. כשרוצים עניין יש אוטובוס ציבורי, מוניות ורכבים וההתמצאות באי קלה ממש.
