Hotel Villa Classica

I really enjoyed the improved breakfast offering and was impressed by how much they care about listening to their guests.

Nothing to complain about.

Great staff. Even if there were wedding celebration, we got room on the other end, so no disturbing at all.

The hotel team nice and happy to help as always.

I was unlucky with my room this week. There was a big machine (compresor? ventilation? ... ) next to my room switching on and off every hour of every night. It was definitely not the fridge or the air conditioning in the room, because those were the first things I switched off. Also not the lift because the buzz noise was on for some minutes and the lift does not take that long, but it was very annoying and I something didn't experience in other rooms I have been on in this same hotel recently. Again the breakfast cereals offer was poor.

Friendly staff. They're helpful don't put pressure on you even around the restaurant's closing time. Good selection and delicious food for breakfast. Very good quality food overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely bathroom.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink is a little hard to use. The opening times of the hotel's restaurant on Sunday is limited, so that day your dinner needs a little bit of planning ahead.

The hotel is clean, good facilities, lovely rooms. Food is delicious. Location is great, there is parking for quests.

Certain staff could be a bit friendlier. Nothing major but it's not a good start if the receptionist has an attitude when you arrive. To be fair he made up for it later :).
