everything was perfectly fine.

Very friendly staff. Good location and parking in front, free when we were there.

Warm room and difficult to adjust this. But, we did not ask for help with this, as we should have.

Good place to stay

I can highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely brilliant kitchen - so tasty good looking meals for a very good price. All the people in this hotel are so lovely, very welcoming and friendly. We also used the wellness... very warm water i jazzuzi (which i love), 2 saunas to use (infra and finnish) - not so hot as it should be, but still ok and lovely to use. The whole place (including wellness) is very clean. Sárvár spa is just 45 mins drive, which means the hotel is in very good location. I am sure this wasn't the last time we visited.

It is always a pleasure returning to this hotel, the best in Pápa. You are warmly received and they provide whatever it is necessary to make you feel comfortable. The restaurant is also fantastic. Very recommended.

Comfortable and warm, good bathroom and bed, space in my suite and kitchen. Pleasant staff

Decor in my suite was kitsch and ugly. There was a kitchen which was nice but a single Nescafé in a plastic pouch and some fruit tea. Given the kitchen I think there should be a coffee maker, some ground coffee, milk in the fridge and biscuits. The dinner was good, tasty and plentiful but breakfast looked mean and sad. Good crispy bacon and lovely jam and brown rolls, but brown whole fruit just dumped, a few straggly pieces of cold meat. There was little attempt to make it look appetising and offer variety. I think the manager should be sent to equivalent hotels in different countries to get ideas!
