Grand Karlita Hotel Purwokerto

The room is clean, spacious and clean towels. Breakfast choice is not too bad (can be improved) and best choices are local cuisines. The hotel is strategically located. Quick direct access to Baturaden or going out of Purwokerto by road. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes by car from the Purwokerto rail station The staff are friendly and attentive The breakfast room lighting need to be improved (at time of writing is too dark)

This is my first stay here at Grand Karlita Hotel. This hotel location quite strategic, near the downtown. About this hotel: Plus Good location Clean and pacious room. Fast check in and out. A staff named Uvi works very professional. Fast request delivery from housekeeping for praying mat and sarong. Good air con and hot water. Beautiful view pool Minus Dirty towels either bath and face towels. Room is not sound proof so we can hear sounds from discotheque or karaoke. Overall my stay is good although some inprovement needed.

Staff was wonderul. From the manager to the cleaners. We put our old mother there and her friend for 17 days and two more friends for 4 days. And it was a good experience from our family and friends. They have been traveling the world for 30 years and are not easly inpressed. We do give Grand Karlita high recomandationds. Thanks alot

I was really impressed how spacious their rooms and how affordable the price are. When we entered the room I was surprised and mumbling " is this deluxe room? this is quite big though". i personally really satisfied with their breakfast menu which is pretty vary and tasty. I really reccomend this place. Especially Mr. Bayu their front office manager, thank you for welcoming us nicely.

Best Hotel. Stay in there for 1 days before going to Purbalingga for a business trip. The spacious room, good bathroom along with good breakfast and good hospitality while we stay in there. Perhaps can improve in the choice of breakfast

It's a new hotel... everything was great! the room size is big... The breakfast is good... Parking lot is big enough... Nothing to worry... I think the bathroom is bigger than any other hotel with the same level

This hotel started to open on April 2018. It's pretty new when we stayed in this hotel on Aug 2018. As we all know that new hotel is cleaner than old one. But the problem is the odor from the adhesive of carpet or wall paper or the painting itself, especially in the parking lot in basement. But fortunately, only in the first night, we had this bad odor problem in the hallway in our room floor and in the hotel's lobby. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Positive things: 1. New hotel with spacious lobby, clean room, good view to Mountain Slamet 2. Spacious parking lots in basement 3. Friendly staff 4. Good breakfast 5. Spacious swimming pool Negative things; 1. Odor in the hallway (first night) 2. Noise barrier should be improved, we still could hear conversation from other room if we stood near the window. 3. Very difficult to close the bath room door 4. In the night, music from the karaoke / bar was very loud, we could hear it every night. It's required additional silencer. 5. No gym and spa. Another thing should be consider which we could say positive or negative is location. It is situated rather far south from central Purwokerto. Surrounding area is business property mostly. Overall, it's pretty good experience staying here.

This is a new four-star hotel. At 9th May 2018, we booked 3 superior room and 1 deluxe for our family. The differences are room size and deluxe has an extra chair. Pros: - Room is spacious - The decoration is very modern - The parking area is quite large with basement option - View from room is quite nice with two option: Slamet mountain and Tugel hills) - In promo session (ended in early June) you can get the standard room with only IDR321.000. Cons: - The smell of new furniture very stinging although it will disappear after the AC turned on. - Pool still not ready although already filled with water (Located at 3rd floor) - The choice of food for breakfast is not too much (please bear in mind, this is a new hotel, and I believe they can improve in the future) - The rooms are not too soundproof. We can hear people talking from the alley, also from the superior room, you can hear the sound from their PUB. - TV Channel is not much - You need to deposit IDR100.000 for the card. After all, with their cons and pros, this hotel has huge potential to serve better in the future.
