Room is great. Service is excellent,ecspecialy Capten vishal,very helpfull, Preet is also very helpfull. Rawat is very nice n the food is great

I was impressed by all of the staff . A true home away from home. The hotel staff made us feel like part of their family. The hotel and rooms were a very high standard, very happy.

Room and restaurant are good

Best place to stay... amazingly courteous staff... extremely accommodating... Joban was kind enough to keep food aside for us because our train was late and we reached by 11:45pm instead of 08:30pm and kitchen shuts by 10:00pm... Simran at the receptionist was extremely courteous... Vishal, restaurent captain... Not only arranged a vehicle for my wife to travel for her conference, but waited outside the hotel till the vehicle came so she is picked safely... On top of that, he and his staff were cordeal and courteous in serving great food too... One last thing, it's my wife's birthday too and Vishal helped in arranging a cake too to surprise my wife... Thank you all the staff... You now have a visitor who will visit next year too...

Overall the stay was very good just the washroom lock were not functioning well and the door had some gaps . Otherwise the service,food and management were all very good.

Towels and linen were unclean The rooms were not as the pictures at all. There was no window in my room. There was only one chair, I had to ask for another chair and toiletries. The buffet options are not too good. The distance from the Golden temple is not at all walkable as they assured when we called. I will definitely not recommend this place.

Not much… The main (and only?) benefit is the price (18€/night)

Weird and unpleasant staff, international cards not accepted, people sleeping in the lobby, small dirty room, awful tiling in the room/bathroom, disgusting Indian-style bathroom, lack of hygiene, stains on bed sheets, concrete pillar in the middle of the room, broken toilet seat, dirty walls and arm chairs, lack of soundproofing
