I told them that plz keep extra tCM for my colleague in my room before we reached ... But they didn't give dispite of informing them before...and security guard didn't help us to get out our car during checkout time... We get trouble for going out

They keep only one towel in washroom which was also not clean well... Service and security guard service

There was nothing to be liked

Window of 204 was facing the toilet seat of the neighbours. And garbage ground.

Breakfast was good

Shaving kit and dental kit towel was not in the room when u told then only going to give

Nothing. Nothing is likeable about this property. The pictures are absolutely different

There were rats, dirty washrooms, leaking water in the washrooms, smelly rooms.

It was great experience. Beautiful rooms, amazing view, tasty food and staff also cooperative and friendly. All basic facilities and amenities provide in the rooms. Car parking also available.

Nothing if you ask me related to Hotel rooms and stay. Pathetic rooms , foul smell, washroom gives the ultimate nightmare.

high room charges for the kind of hotel room they offer. On internet, hotel is rated as 3 star. however, in reality it is not worth even to the standards of 2 star. it clearly mentioned, hotel is having parking available whereas in reality hotel doesn't have any single parking. The main entrance is the only parking area available where hotel staff has parked their own vehicles. they are least bothered to provide the parking for hotel guest. Rather, it seems they don't even has hospitality etiquette. You need to leave your car main road itself. hotel staff ask me to park on road side and they woke me up in the middle of night to remove my car so that trucks can pass-by. overall , terrible experience. will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Theme and color combination of room , cleanliness of washroom , lighting

Room walls were not smooth some white painting required and in one corner of room white putty applied to seal the damage but it was rough to look at. One could hear the voices from gallery area . Sound proofing was not there
