On making reservation, I noted that the site listed a 24 manned desk. I communicated that our flight would arrive at 0230am. I reserved 7 rooms and received confirmation. On arrival, the hotel lobby was dark and locked. We found an unlocked door and found two men sleeping in the lobby who told us that they were unable to check us in until 11am in the morning. Even when we clarified that we paid for the preceeding night in order to accommodate our late arrival, we could not be checked in. Our group of 8 with 15 suitcases then walked 1 mile to another hotel where we were treated warmly and accommodated well.

Almost, nothing.

No facilities. No towels. No doormat to clean the wet feet. Nobody came to clean the the room during our entire stay. 100% advance was taken at the time of check in. Breakfast time were not maintained on the second day. Many cockroaches and mosquitoes seen
