"Bath water was lukewarm, staff was very unprofessional and non-courteous."

Breakfast was scheduled after 10.00 am, too late according to norms..hence couldn't avail this facility.

The reception staff had a very callous attitude. They were lethargic and had an unwelcome attitude. The guy kept me waiting for almost an hour in the morning hours and also asked me to pay extra 30% despite booking my stay well in advance. How would you improve the shortcomings after my feedback?
