L’accueil est un peu froid et problème de communication à l’arrivée

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, el servicio de los meseros, las personas en front desk. La comida es muy rica y me pareció excelente que el servicio de tuktuk fuera complementario. Las vistas al lago picchola eran espectaculares!

The location, the comfort, the quietness and the view. For instance, it was beautiful to have breakfast facing the lake.

The hotel focused mainly on the restaurant, which received mostly outside customers. It gets busy and all the photoshoot sessions are a bit of a nuisance when you just want to enjoy dinner with a view. On top, many options on the menu (traditional) were unavailable for three days in a row. Other areas felt unattended (pool area) or were inexplicably closed (amazing rooftop bar).

Very ordinary hotel .The dining area is great but that's not enough The hotel should up its services and not fall back on the hype.
