Lovely lake front property. An old Haveli in center of the city. Fantastic views at night. But service is still evolving.

The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location. The roof top bar was a great feature and the barman was exceptional.

We were SCAMMED by the hotel via their travel service and we're COND out of thousands for a taxi that was over three times the going rate. The operator at the hotel was hostile and bullish. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! It really tainted what would of been a wonderful stay. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! When asked to address this situation, the hotel said they were in the right and I was wrong. I wasn't surprised at these further lies. All this has led me to question my hotel bill at the end of the stay and how much more money the potentially SCAMMED FROM US ON OUR STAY!

The staff were excellent. We dealt with approximately 20 staff representing different departments and only 2 had a little attitude.
