HOTEL NEW BHARTI

Location.

Drinking Water wasn't given till I asked for it after many hours. Mineral water was charged. Served tap water when asked. Both the charging point near bed weren't working. No one came even after repeated reminders. There was just one bell boy working in the hotel. Jet spray tap was leaking.

Close to railway station. In house restaurant. Organised trips to sites.

Noisy as can hear railway announcements and road noise.

The staff and manager could not have been more helpful and friendly Nothing was too much trouble The restaurant served amazing vegetarian food Rooms were nice and clean , spacious and great value

The location was in the center and convenient, there was parking available. One of the rooms didn't have a window for fresh air, as it opened in the common area on the floor.

Only good thing about the hotel was its location . Many restaurants close by so that you can have breakfast ,dinner and even tea because the hotel restaurant service is extremely bad

The restaurant is not well equipped. We drove from Mumbai and after exploring Daulatabad Fort reached the hotel around 6 pm. We requested for a hot cup of tea . The Manager at the reception counter said the milk was over so tea could not be served. We had to cross the road and have tea at the tea stalls there though we were so tired after a long journey and exploring the Fort that we would have preferred a hot cup of tea in our rooms Next day we were to drive to Ajanta Caves. Reached the hotel restaurant at 8 am for breakfast. The sole person there in the restaurant said none of the breakfast items were ready so again we had to stop on the way to Ajanta Caves for breakfast We stayed at the hotel for 3 days . The first day we requested for a Wifi password. The reception manager pretended to search in the computer and said the systems were down so password could not be given. Next day evening after our Ajanta Caves trip we insisted on the Wifi password. We were given the password but there was no connectivity in our rooms. We had to use our own internet Data all the three days during our hotel stay
