Really nice pool and view, worth to stay here just for that. Not all rooms look like the new renovated ones but still good! Wifi and ac were strong! Will come back

Need more water stations A pathway would be nice addition (super muddy when rains)

Positive things about the accommodation are the beautiful view of the bay, the pool and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at Kacchapa Resort was the most disappointing experience on our trip to Indonesia. The photos do not reflect the condition of the rooms. It is old, dingy, partly with mold/stick stains in the room, the paintwork is covered with old stains, the bathroom stinks of urine and moody. There was no wifi in one of our rooms even after several requests. There are several construction sites on the property, the construction noise sometimes starts at 07:00h. The owners have made no serious effort to remedy the complaints and shortcomings adequately. We were even verifiably lied to about the occupancy of the other rooms and therefore we could not move to another room in our booking class.

We arrived and the location is perfect - but our room Smelt badly of smoke and had cigarettes left in ashtray outside

It was a big tired and run down but it was overall really pretty

The swimming pool and the view were awesome.

there was a mistake in the bill and they didn’t wanted to make a commercial gesture and prove us right. As a business owner, you need to be careful about your customer. The restaurant made a mistake in the bill, the owner has to take the right decision for the customer not for their money.

Good location, amazing views, comfortable rooms and absolutely wonderful staff.

Wi fi did not work properly. I was moved rooms because apparently there was someone coming to my room, the room I was moved into was more expensive but had no wifi reception, and even though the room was bigger, had better showers and better lighting, the view of the room wasn’t good.

Location is just perfect. Beachfront. Minutes away from yotos and tropicals surf breaks. Unbelievable sunsets. Restaurant is decent and staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious. And they provide drinking water. Would definitely come again.

They could get a coffee machine :)
