The pool is very nice and the location right on the beach. The rooms are nice.

It was very unorganized, paying and splitting bills became a big problem. They messed up almost every time our food orders, which became actually really frustrating and annoying. I recommend the owners to train their staff properly, teach them some basic English and service skills.

Beautiful peaceful place - great for surfers, great pool to have a cocktail & watch the sunset. Lovely staff.

The location is amazing, one off the best places I’ve ever been. The pool is fantastic, looking over a beautiful, empty beach in a stunning bay. The grounds are well maintained and the layout of the resort is good. The udyana suite rooms are very spacious, beautiful and comfortable.

Our first room was uninhabitable, it was full of mold, had not been cleaned properly and had ticks and bed bugs. We refused the room, we given a different suite. This was amazing and normally double the price of the room we had booked. However there was a catch, there would be workmen working outside most days from 8:30 we were told. Unfortunately it turned out the work stated at 7am most morning, sometimes 6:15. Ownership were not interested in assisting us, when we complained about this. P

The older rooms can use a small touch up, and good cleaning. A parasol by the (lovely) pool would’ve been amazing 😉 And nice to inform your guests if there is building before their booking.

Nice room and comfy

The staff themselves were fine, but the management was a nightmare. We were overcharged on our bill, and when we pointed it out, the manager (or owner) was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to fix their mistake. Instead of handling the issue professionally, they made us feel like we were in the wrong. On top of that, service was slow, with long waits just to get drinks. It seemed more like a management issue than the fault of the staff, who were doing their best. Plenty of better places around—avoid this one unless you want to deal with overcharging and poor customer service.

Filthy Beach. Cold food. I had an issue with the booking which was totally my fault. The young manager was rude,arrogant, and very unhelpful.
