Neat & clean. Extremely spacious rooms. Very polite staff.

We had taken 2 rooms for our sons and us. I give below the drawbacks: 1. Room -1: The flush did not work. We kept complaining, but to no avail. Gave us a great experience of medieval times where we needed to pour a bucket of water every time one pooped! 2. Room -2: Had just 3 lighting points out of which only 1 worked. Hence the room was always dark & dingy. Again gave us an experience of medieval times when one had to make do with a lantern! The rooms became hot during the days, but no fans were provided. I asked for fans, but was told they don’t have any. I seriously wanted to change to another hotel, but they refused to cancel our bookings. At almost Rs. 6,500.00 per room per night, one shouldn’t bother with this hotel. I wonder if Booking.com did any homework with this hotel. Is there any way Booking.com will compensate me? Advice to anyone planning on this hotel: DON’T!!

Himalayan breakfast is served only on Tuesday.. we really loved it . Would want to have it more often in their menu. Wifi is not connected to inverter backup. I was working from the place for a few days, and every time during the power outage, I had to rush outdoors for mobile networks.

It's nice, heritage, cozy place with 13 rooms all together. We were group of 5 and felt like place for all for us. :) Lot of open space to sit and relax. Bigger rooms are inside (based on my experience), one with view are on also available.

Since its heritage house with not many rooms, the choice of breakfast items are limited. But they were very tasty.

Well located. Staff was warm and ready to help and very cooperative. We didn't have food in the hotel so cannot comment on it. However the place was good and the staff was always smiling and cooperative. Keep it up

Heritage home converted to home stay cum hotel. Very beautifully decorated and designed. The staff is courteous and helpful. We were offered Himalayan breakfast which was a nice touch. All permits and cabs normally managed by the hotel.

Limited staff. I was very uncomfortable with the idea of staff leaving at night leaving guests all to themselves. There is no one to attend to guests at night, not even security.

Room interior and views are nice. Food is good.

- Quite overpriced - Later they added more additional charges while another amount was given on booking.com which I expected to pay. - They don’t accept card payments which I didn’t know, so had to walk to the other side of town to get cash when checking out. They should have told me with check in that they don’t accept card payments or can’t charge the amount via booking.com - Breakfast was not included, which I didn’t know, the price they gave me after I finished breakfast. - Room description says it includes a view, but didn’t. - Second day changed to another hotel which was cheaper and same value for money.
