Special thanks to Mr.Bappa Laha (Hotel Manager) for his superb hospitality. He allotted me a mountain view room. Other staff are well. The kitchen staff are also good.

many times Kitchen staff are not picking up the intercom calls. Strict Dinner order timing. after 8 pm they will not receive your dinner order. after 9 pm kitchen will be closed and they will not serve dinner in your room

Beautiful rooms, really appreciated that the heater was started before we got there. Convenient spot- walking distance to everything.

Kitchen opened a bit late and also it would be good to have the restaurant times and menu displayed outside, so that you can see it even if the restaurant is closed.

The property is very well located near the MG Road, yet it doesn't have the crowd associated with it. The property is amazing and the staff were very helpful and always ready to assist you in any way possible.

The property is currently understaffed.. Because of this, the breakfast service was slow.
