Accueil attentionné dans cette maison traditionnelle, calme malgré sa situation dans le centre de Gangtok . Le seul petit bémol : pas de restaurant , néanmoins excellent petit-déjeuner.

There was no AC and my room was backside of building, therefore room was quite cold.

This was my treat comfort hotel after 2+ weeks staying at modest home stays throughout Sikkim. It turned out to be a perfect treat and excellent value. Manager Prasenjit Laha was extremely attentive to all my requests and small needs as a single older female traveler. The location was also excellent. I warmly recommend the property.

Only the location is okay, because its walkable from MG road

Management's attitude, I think it was specifically bad for Indians. There was no hair dryer or heater provided (500rs extra for one night was the charge for room heater) No one answers the reception phone, least bothered to even give water bottles in room when asked for. Breakfast was quite average, for that high tariff, at least Breakfast should have good options. When we asked for omelet, they said it will be chargeable, though our breakfast was included with our room booking. Also, this is definitely not the standard in gangtok, I stayed in two other properties also in gangtok, and it was cheaper and experience was way better. Avoid this place if you can.
