The room was great , had a nice view , was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were huge and tasty. This hotel is a new building.

We had a huge problem with hotel manager. He confirmed 3 times that pickup from Kochi is arranged and then at given hour there was no car and he didn't even remember talking about it. He also wanted advance payment and kept writing to me 5 times about confirmation because he couldn't find it... And tried to charge me this one more time. Very unprofessional. He caused us a lot of stress and trouble and because of him I don't recommend this place. He is a nice person but is unable to arrange even simplest things. There are some good reviews about stuff but people meant the owner and now he is not here and stays far away from Munnar. If they want to have a good hotel , the owner should return , as manager is not trustworthy. Worst staff experience in whole India

Worth for the rate.. Good view from the balcony(top floor).. Good hospitality from staff and the owner.....Simply delicious breakfast.

The view from room balcony. Road is good. Nice location, some hotels are nearby. Staff is good.

Maintenance is not good. Many places paint is damaged and cleanliness is not up to standard. They don't clean the room or change the bedsheets everyday. Breakfast has no option. Only one item. No separate water heater. Each time when we require we have to ask receptionist to start the main heater.
