Beautiful grounds, the staff were very friendly & could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Shower heads impractical & need new mounts as had to hold the shower head by hand.

When we arrived at Ubad Retreat, we immediately felt welcomed. The staff were all so kind and lovely. The pools were so calm and peaceful, surrounded by plants and trees that made for a very lovely relax by the pool. Breakfast was included and there were 6 options to choose at breakfast, which I felt was very good considering it was free and included in the stay. The banana pancakes were great! They have a laundry service which was very quick and easy and allows you to carry on with your day without worrying.

The friendly staff and the location

I booked the twin room but the room is facing directly to the road so the noise from the vehicle is quite significant as the sound props isn’t very great.
